Introduction to Floor Rigging and Restraint offers a comprehensive introduction to the art of bondage, covering both contemporary Shibari and Western tying techniques in order to provide students with a well-rounded foundation in the art of bondage. Learn the safe spaces on the body to tie to, while acquiring invaluable knowledge on risk-aware bondage practices to prevent physical harm. Moreover, we emphasize the importance of navigating emotional boundaries and consent practices within bondage dynamics, ensuring a holistic and empowering learning experience.

Taught with a model, this session allows students to first observe and practice various tying methods, and then try them out on the model. By having an interactive lesson, students can better learn how to avoid physical and emotional harm, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of communication and consent within the context of bondage.

Throughout the lesson, you’ll master a repertoire of essential knots, including the Bite, Larks head, Square knot, and Bowline, empowering students with the skills needed to create secure and reliable ties. Additionally, students will learn the intricacies of single and double column ties, including the essential Somerville bowline, the efficient Western cuff, and some elegant Shibari handcuffs.

Throughout the session, emphasis is placed on fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where participants feel empowered to explore their interests and boundaries. Discussions on consent practices in bondage underscore the importance of mutual respect, trust, and communication in all BDSM interactions. By equipping students with practical tools and techniques for floor rigging and restraint, this lesson enables students to engage in bondage play confidently and responsibly. 

Class Info

The lessons at Miss Kill’s Domina Finishing School are private lessons held at the studio in Weisensee, Berlin. The classes are offered for a wide range of skill sets from absolute amateurs and casual players to professional Dominatrixes. Private lessons are two hours long and you are the only student so that you can have the undivided attention of the Professorin and model as well as learning in a safe and private atmosphere where you can ask as many questions as you need. For relevant individual lessons, a model will be provided to practice on. Classes can also be booked by couples or small groups.
